Frontline Gold had announced that it will resume operation in Menderes Gold Project located in Turkey. In its latest update, the company announced that the drilling works in the project is planned to start as of June 14.
Noting that the drilling works will focus on the southern part of the Kokarpınar vein, the company plans to drill 1000 meters in the first place.
Frontline’s President and CEO, Walter Henry commented about the drilling programme: “I am very excited to announce the commencement of drilling at the Menderes Project, and to be doing it as scheduled despite the challenges faced by the industry and Turkey pertaining to Covid. This is a very exciting time for the Company and its shareholders, as we look forward to building on the drilling program and advancing the Menderes Project.”
