Focus on Gold Exploration and Strategic Economic Collaborations

Yüksel Yıldırım, Chairman of the Board of Yıldırım Group, signed an agreement to conduct gold exploration activities in Venezuela at a meeting attended by President Nicolas Maduro.

President Maduro announced the agreement on his social media account with the following statement: “The win-win partnership between Turkey and Venezuela is making joint efforts to build a new world and unite the two nations. We are bringing strategic projects to life in the petrochemical, gas, gold, and mining sectors with extraordinary agreements that respect nature. Our goal is to build a productive economy.”

Maduro also stated that the agreements with Yıldırım Group include the construction of a large petrochemical plant producing ammonia and the promotion of a strategic alliance for natural gas.
