The Prime Ministry Circular No. 2012/15 dated 16 June 2012 has been repealed. Even the reason of approval of the the circular was accepted by all section of the Turkish mining industry, it caused hardship to investors during permitting process’.
The Prime Ministry Circular, which has been lifted with Presidential Circular No. 2018/8 dated September 12, 2018, the approval process in the new period will be carried out by the deputy minister who is related and affiliated with public institutions and organizations with the ministries and the committees established by senior executives of administration in other public institutions and organizations.
The applications and results will be notified to the President in January, April, July and October every year by related commissions.
