Positive decision for Ovacık Gold Mine of Koza Altın Operation that was cancelled by İzmir 3. Administrative Court, was accepted as final as a result of objection. These statements were used in report made by the company; our company’s Ovacık Enterprise stated that ÇED Positive decision dated 18.02.2009 of Ministry of Environment and Urbanization was cancelled by İzmir 3. Administrative Court and our company is planning to do required new ÇED allowance application within five days, for this reason, Environmental Effect Evaluation Report that was prepared in scope of notice of Ministry of Environment and Urbanization numbered 2009/7 for Ovacık Gold Mine, was presented to ministry, and it was found as final by Examination and Evaluation Committee and by today, public display period was started.
It Has Won The Court For Cancelled Licenses
It was stated that annulment suit against cancellation for mining license of the company, was resulted in favor of the company. In statement that was done by the company, these expressions were used;
“According to transactions constituted by T.R. Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources General Directorate of Mining Affairs in Public Disclosure Platform on 18.11.2016 and notified to our company, mining licenses of Koza Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş. which have not been operational yet, were cancelled and required annulment suits will be sued to Administrative Court. In this scope, files were issued in Kayseri 2. Administrative Court numbered 2016/1062E, and in Van 2. Administrative Court numbered 2016/1298E, these courts were resulted in favor of our company, and we respectfully submit this information.”
In another announcement of the company, within the same scope, files numbered 2016/990E, 2016/1588E and 2016/1589E in Kayseri 1. Administrative Court, were resulted in favor of the company.
